第17回釜山国際映画祭は、ニューカレンツ・コンペティションに日本から「くじらのまち」が選ばれる。

アジア映画の有望な宝石を発見！
第17回釜山国際映画祭は、ニューカレンツコンペティションに10作品を発表。
過去に釜山国際映画祭はアジアの有望な若手監督を発掘し、賈樟柯（ジャ·ジャンクー）（China/1998）、パク·チャヌク（Korea/2002）、イ·キ（Korea/2004）、張呂（China/2005）を発見しました。
今年は、8カ国から10作品が魅力ある様々なテーマで、実験的なタッチの作品を紹介します。

日本からは「くじらのまち」（鶴岡慧子監督）が選ばれ、ほか主な作品は以下のとおり
